Liked the place, had a really lovely stay for working holidays. It was in a fantastic location with affable and excellent staff. A market and several stores were right next door. I stayed here for a trip and would book here again.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and quiet atmosphere for our romantic escape. We loved the spaciousness of the room and the ample storage space available. the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and only 1 minute walk to the main road. This allowed us easy access to explore the entire island during our stay.

It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been helpful to have brighter lights in that area. this did not greatly impact our experience, but it was a small detail that could have been improved upon.

The hotel was very clean. Walking distance to Cook Kai, where you can have lunch😀

i loved the staff, they are very friendly. the room is impressive and great value for money with their own balcony, everything is very good.

The location here is absolutely perfect, just 4 km away from Lanta Animal Welfare.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and helpful owners who recommended great places to eat and even arranged transfers. The bungalows were clean and looked newly refurbished. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and many dining options nearby. Koh Lanta felt peaceful and safe with a family-friendly atmosphere.

I felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Koh Lanta and there were a few things that I really liked about my stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, just a short walk away. This made it easy for us to enjoy the beautiful coastline and take long walks along the shore. Lastly, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us during our stay. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience.

The bed was also super comfortable. a wonderful stay at Ser-En-Dip-I-Ty - Sha Extra Plus. I would highly recommend it!

My partner and I stayed at Ser-En-Dip-I-Ty - Sha Extra Plus for a week. The hotel is just a short walk from the stunning Long Beach, which was perfect for our beach getaway. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional - no dirty light switches or bathrooms here! The owner, Bung, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free. We were also able to easily book shuttles and tours through him. We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff, cleanliness, and convenient location near the beach.
